Experiencing very slow broadband speeds

I’m currently experiencing exceptionally slow broadband speeds on wireless connection - very frustrating to say the least!  Carried out test and was showing 1 mps download and not the minimum 30mps guaranteed as advertised.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your download speeds.

I've tried to test your line however it appears that you turn your router off when you're not using it?

Can you turn it on so we can look into this further for you
