Existing fibre customer, moved house, volatile speed of between 1-3mbs

Hi - moved house recently and extended fibre contract at new house.

Fibre put in 1st August and after several speed tests getting lots of volatility and a read of between 1-3.5mbs with upload @2mbs, can someone at plus net please advise re speed as totally unacceptable

Hi there,

 

I've just been looking into this and diagnostic checks don't reveal any obvious problems.

 

I'm just wondering if like most you were connected over WiFi when you ran the tests? If so is it possible for you to connect to the router via a network cable and run the test again for comparison?
