Everything normal until last week

My problem started when i missed a payment and had restrictions on my internet. Made the payment and since then I have had nothing but problems constant issues loading websites (image below), games are showing bad connections etc

 

I have contacted support who ran a line test but said there was no issues but I am getting fustrated now. It feels like my internet is throttled

Our tests aren't showing any issues.

 

Description GEA service test completed and no fault found .

 

Sync Status In Sync
Downstream Speed 48.5 Mbps
Upstream Speed 11.2 Mbps
Voice Line Test Result Pass

 

Are your devices connecting over WiFi or straight to the router using an ethernet cable?

Can you run a BT speedtest at http://www.speedtest.btwholesale.com using a wired connection, completing the further diagnostics at the end? This will store the result on the supplier system and will help us in reporting a fault to our suppliers.

That message indicates you entered details into the FTTP boxes but you don’t have an FTTP service sadly. Can you try completing the FTTC part instead?

It looks like I have managed to resolve this issue with the assistance with a friend who works in the IT industry.
