Everyday my Internet is disconnected!

It's been reported, and they are saying if no fault is found I will be charged £65!

And why should I buy a phone I pay for line rental and I expect the service I'm paying for!

That is standard - if the fault is in your property, beyond the test socket, it is not an ISP/BT problem and therefore chargeable.

I only suggested spending a fiver on a basic phone as that would enable you to check for a phone, rather than internet problem, as noise on the phone side of the connection needs to be resolved before the internet.
