Error on some websites

I used online chat and they said to raise a ticket...
It is #109181177 if anyone at Plusnet wants to look...
I'm using an Asus RT-AC56U router that I previously used with BT... just changed the username/password.

Ah ok - the error URLs you have provided kinda indicate there is a problem with billing.
Hopefully, this will get resolved; but if I was you I would call them and chase them up - they are open until 10.30pm.
You are still in your cooling off period too FYI.

RESOLVED
After a a call to support where there was much puzzlement and the odd reboot requested it turns out it was the static IP address I had that was causing the issue. When the static IP was removed and I was given another it all worked fine....
