I switched from a fibre connection with Talktalk on the 6th November,and was receiving an average of 33mbps,whch was fine at switchover.Since then,the download speed has been all over the place,presently indicating 22mbps,but has been as low as 3mbps.I do not understand why this should be the case,apart from replacing my super router with a BT modem and the PN router.How much longer do I have to wait for the download speed to stabilise itself?we have on PC,three lap tops and the Humax box on lin,perhaps not all at the same time,and a smart phone or two.I don't want any hefty bills relating to engineer visits,so,please can this problem be fixed ASAP.
