Engineer visit

An engineer is due to visit today to connect us to fibre broadband. Does the engineer actually need to access the property or is everything done externally? They are supposed to be visiting between 1-6pm.

They don't normally need to come to the property. If your phone line is working the engineer should not need access, the upgrade is done externally at the street cabinet.
