Engineer visit

Recently singed up to fibre broadband (broadband and phone package) and received a text with an engineer visit to install the "broadband service". I've already received the router pack, so do I need to be home for the engineer? I'm reluctant to take time off work unnecessarily!

Re: Engineer visit

Hello,

Can you confirm that you've been sent a Hub One router? Fibre is now a self install and don't require an engineer to visit house, they only visit the cabinet.

Thanks

Re: Engineer visit

As @etdsaunders advised all of our fibre orders should be self install now.

If you can PM me your username I can confirm that for you.
