Engineer not turning up!!!

Been a member with plusnet for a few years now. I moved house so i tool out another contract. Engineer never turned up! Anyone else have the same problem?

If you know, did the previous residents (if there were any) have a FTTC service? If they did, there's not a lot for an engineer to do, besides supply the Openreach modem and plug it in.

Do you have a working phone line? The fact that no one turned up and you had no phone call leads me to think there is an issue with the order.

Engineers don't always call i have never once had one phone to say they are turning up either for a fault or back when i had fibre installed luckily they all did show,
But because one didn't turn up either as Andy says it could well be a issue ie that the order didn't go through for some reason, sadly the plusnet system doesn't notify the customer of this they don't find out until they contact plusnet of a no show, hopefully someone on the CRT can see what the problem was and sort it for you.
