Hey All,
I've recently been experiencing broadband issues and banding on my line. I've had an engineer visit and repair the fault and my line is now showing a much higher sync rate but my download speeds are still very slow? I'm plugged into the router via a pair of bonded cat6 cables. Here is my data.
Actual download speed: 2.7MB/s

Any ideas? If I was a betting man I'd say I'm still banded at the exchange even though there was a DLM reset?

Hi there.
Apologies for the delayed response.
It looks like the profile rate on our side was still reflecting the slow sync rate and was capping your throughput. I can see shortly after you made this post you contacted us over web chat and we made the necessary adjustments.
Everything working now as you'd expect?
