Engineer has been still no connection

The engineer has installed my fibre and has tested it and said all is good this end but I can't connect to the Internet.
He has said the problem is your end.
Please advise

Try adding your username in the format username@plusdsl.net and your account password

Done that, still no joy. Waiting since 11am for plusnet to phone back and no joy there either. Wish i hadn't bothered upgrading 

That looks a bit odd! Looks like a 40/10 provision, didn't think PlusNet provided that option Roll eyes
