Took day off work to be home between 1 and 6 but the engineer didnt show up. Im really angry as this costs me money. Helpline waiting time 30min. Should have stayed with VirginM

Really sorry about that. I can see you spoke to one of my colleagues last night and they've asked our supplier team to pick this up.
