Engineer didn't turn up

We were told that an engineer would come yesterday PM to install a phone service for our fibre broadband order. We were home all afternoon and evening but no one showed up and we have had no contact from plusnet to explain why. Can we have a new appointment within the next week or be given a full refund?

Sorry to hear the engineer didn't arrive.

 

It doesn't look like an engineer visit is required. As per the update last week via this ticket sent by email and text message, your order is in progress still and the engineer should be able to complete the work without access.
