Engineer been and gone.. Activate me please?

Hi there. This morning a BT engineer came by and did everything they need to do successfully. I've since seen the router connect to broadband and it has a blue light. I've made sure it is connected via the router admin too, and though I seem to be able connect I can only access Plus.net domain pages. 

The BT engineer told me I'll still be waiting for you guys to activate me, and it can happen anything from 15 mins after he's done his job here. He also said it is meant to be the same day that you connect me.

 

I can see other forum posts from people in the same situation where they need connecting... can you connect me?
