End of contract reminder

well it din't happen now I have a £42 bill ..

I've signed up for another 18 months .. because I have had no problems ...

but still £42 Huh I managed to grab a £27.99 deal ...

but still £42 ?Huh

so no

Thank you for getting in touch.  I think there may be a bit of confusion regarding the change for yourself. 

 

Please follow this link here which is a service notice stating when your billing change would occur.

yeah that's my new contract Huh

I'm talking about my old one .. should have had notice that it was coming to the end but dint .. hence the £42 bill ..

my old contract was £27.50 .. so no notice it was coming to the end and then get stuck with a £42 bill

but you see I like plusnet  had no problems so signed up for another 18 months ..

that's my new one ..

Apologies if you weren't notified about your recent contract expiry. This is something that we started doing with all new contracts late last year, so you will receive a notification of your contract expiry towards the next renewal time. Your marketing preferences will usually dictate how we go about this.
