Hello,

           I am hearing impaired and I do not make calls, I need action taken fast to repair the line that had been cut by a nuisance Neighbour Using a knife.  I need the Engineer to come round to repair the line ASAP.  I am using my Phone to connect to the internet to send this message.  Please can you action this fast?.
