Your phone may well pick up the WiFi signal on the router before the line actually activates - however there will be no usable internet service until this happens.
I have checked you account and we are still awaiting an update from our supplier regarding this.
Your account will be updated with a ticket and an accompanying email will be sent to the address we have on file for you once this happens.
