Since around 8pm last night my internet just completely dropped. When I checked the router I noticed the dsl light out on the modem and the broadband light out on the router. I've tried resetting (hard resetting too) and I've tried connecting through the router settings. I've had no luck with everything I've tried. Can anyone give advice please as I really need the Internet for work!
Is your phone still working? If not, you need to report a line fault to your landline provider. If your phone is still working, follow the process at http://faults.plus.net and this will open a broadband fault with PN.
