Dsl issues, no Internet light on router

Hi, been without a working connection for over 2 weeks now, my issue is that on my openreach modem, I have a flashing dsl light and no Internet light on my router. Had a openreach engineer visit my property and thought the problem had initially been solved tho my speeds were much lower than normal, around 4meg when my normal is usually 45-55 as am on the unlimited fibre package, anyway I got home last night, rebooted my router to see if speeds would improve when I got home last night and ended up losing connections again. Would appreciate some help on this matter thanks.

Presumably you tried switching off your router, followed by your modem & then leaving them off for an hour before switching on the modem, then the router? If so you will need to report a fault using https://portal.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults.

I see one of my collleagues picked this up from elsewhere and has been in contact regarding an engineers visit.
