Dropping

Workmen cut through phone cables last week. Repaired Friday. I had a workman on the phone asking was phone line ok on Sunday. Today I have had a txt from a mobile number saying Plusnet still having problems. I feel a bit uneasy at someone contacting me as not sure it's a scam or not.

Anyway since Friday my BT router stopped working. Installed my Plusnet router. Having nothing but trouble. Router keeps dropping out and turning orange. Really not happy. Kids are currently remote learning from school and we need a constant and good internet connection. I keep going around in circles with fault reporting.

Re: Dropping

Hi there,

Looking at your account (specifically this ticket) it looks like our suppliers have resolved the issue they were called out for.

Are you still noticing issues with the service?

Can you set your connection into the Test Socket as described here & let us know if the drops continue?

Can you let me know a good time to get in touch with you by phone and discuss this further? I'm in the office until 8PM each day for the rest of this week.

Thanks,

Alisdair
