Hi
Not doing too well these last few weeks. The connection drops out quite often. Give up counting. I'm up for renewal on 8th August and doesn't look too good. I suspect a line problem. We had issues when we were setup at this house and also last year. I've tweeted and facebooked and tried ringing so finally I'm asking if anyone is on the forum please can you take a look at this issue.
Right now I'm offline and using mobile data....
Anyone...

Hi @hayyan
Sorry to hear about problems with your broadband. Results of tests are showing fault. If not already, please connect your router into test socket and answer to this ticket so our faults department will be able to retest your line and arrange engineer visit if that will be required.
Please accept apologies for this inconvenience.
