Dropping connection for several months now, BT and Plusnet can not fix

BT have been out 5 times now. New fiber card at cabinet, new copper pair allocated to property, new plusnet router installed, new master socket installed, router directly into master socket, line tests with no faults, tried a test plusnet account to eliminate my account being set up wrong.

Connection still drops several times a day with no pattern.

Getting very frustrated.

 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly received.
