Hi @thetribe007

 

Thanks for raising that - I've tested your connection and there's a potential fault showing in or nearby to your premises. Before I raise this to our suppliers, can I just double-check that you're in the test socket of your premises as shown here? The fault that's being shown is an impairment in the line which is often caused by internal wiring or socket issues - don't want to waste your time with an engineer if we can resolve this internally.

Yeah, I’ve been connected to the test socket since the beginning of the problems
