Dropped connections is it me?

I'm not necessarily able to call when PN call centre is open hence my post and the ticket system is no longer I don't have many options left for support.
My connection has been dying on the kids about tea time for the last few nights. At present I am connected pc direct to modem to allow me to type this. Could someone from PN post a connection log to help me work out if it is my router that is dying or if my connection is playing up.
