Seems very odd, if it's not plusNETs network the problem will no doubt follow you. I've had interleaving enabled and never seen pings higher than 24ms to BBC

You could add a comment to the ticket that is already open - go to the member centre and search for 'my questions'

will give them a call 2moz , if they can get this sorted then i will cancel my bt and stay because i have had no probs with pn its just they they have taken ages to reply to my tickets and then just delete them without replying

I'd call them - they should have a history of your tickets.
Support via here from pn seems pretty hit and miss lately.

I feel a little gutted for you that yours has not resolved - mine seems to have resolved since pn have taken my phone line over.

Nah,
I was up at the crack of dawn this morning and got automated emails saying that pn had taken over my bt line.  Then I had updated a ticket asking for advice/help re my speed issues and then had a text saying to reboot my router, which I did and everything is back to how it was with BT.  I use the HH5.

If you've told them you are leaving no doubt ticket will be closed.
I think BT are holding something from you. Maybe they'll fix when  you transfer
