I have DM'ed you on twitter but thought I would post on here too.
I have dropped 15meg since I migrated from BT to you guys, wondered if you could look into this for me.
Would I be subject to the 10 day stabilisation period or would my speeds be the same as when i was with BT - I live about 100m from the green cabinet and was getting on avg 76 megs d/l. Am connecting via ethernet and using the HH5.

Could you do a disconnect ,reconncet please. I think we may have resolved your issues.
Your line speed had dropped and then went back up but your profile did not update.
Could you please let me know your speeds once you have reconnected?

Hiya - I am still having problems - my speed is still 10 or so megs under what i had with BT prior to migration - I have DM'ed you on twitter and have tried all resolutions suggested on your support pages.

I am on a 80/20 line and was averaging 76Mb down and 19Mb up for the first year, however my line speed has now dropped to averaging (on a good day) 50Mb down and 17Mb up.
I raised the fault a month ago and have had two Openreach engineers out to my property and still the issue continues.

I have been trying to get Plusnet to fix the fault that is causing my slow line speeds for a whole month now.
My sync speed is 80/20 and my dowload speed is now nearly half of that- I might as well be paying for a 40/20 sync line.
I used to get a stable 76Mb down and 19Mb up for the first year of my contract then over a month ago it nose dived.
One month, two BT Openreach engineer visits, almost daily phone calls & web chats to PlusNET, updates to my fault ticket where necersery including BT line speed result data and multiple posts on this forum later and the problem is still ongoing.
my line speed became even worse after the Openreach engineer went to investigate the cabinet.
The exchange or cabinet that I am connected to is possibly overloaded with more connections than it can handle.
PlusNET, this is unaceptable and very poor service! I am not getting the service I am paying for.

8. Noise margin: 6.4 / 6.4
9. Line attenuation: 8.3 / 10.4
10. Signal attenuation: 8.2 / 10.4
all went down hill from there, send plusnet a question 5-6 days ago with no reply so i am realy thinking about switching isp
