Dropoff in broadband speed

Last Friday my connection stopped for around 1 hour, and the router showed an orange flashing b. It has since reconnected, but the speed has dropped off severely - the BT wholesale speedtest says download is 1.76 and upload 7.36.

 

Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

@koppars   Welcome to the forum.

Have you got a dial tone on your phone? It could be one of the phone lines is disconnected meaning that you should report a phone rather than broadband fault.

I'm sorry to see your speeds are slow. I can see we got back to you on Twitter yesterday and suggested some wireless troubleshooting steps as our tests weren't finding an issue.
