Dropbox no connection

Since Switching to plus net fibre and the hub they supplied none of my PCs connect to dropbox.

 

OneDrive works fine but Dropbox keeps giving message can't establish a secure connection. I've tried re-installing dropbox but then that fails with an error that I'm not connected to the internet. Which i clearly am.

 

I can only assume that the plus net hub is blocking dropbox. But I can fine nothing in the settings that looks like wit would help.

 

Is there a setting I can switch or Do I have to go and buy a better hub?

I've used Dropbox with no issue on the hub one.
Do you have safeguard switched on?

No, I've just double checked and no also the plus net firewall service is switched off.

Hi there.
This is a bit of an odd issue, can you try a factory reset of the router by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for 20 seconds?

Hi,

 

Thanks for coming back.

 

I think I may have fixed it by changing both the dropbox version and the anti-virus + a few network settings.
