Drop in speed.

Hi  all, just wondering if an Admin can take a look at my connection speed. I seem to have lost 4mbs over the last week, which now means I'm under my initial guaranteed minimum of 24.9mbs. And before anyone asks, that is the speed as seen by the router connected to a filtered faceplate, although there is no difference when connected to the master socket with a filter.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Drop in speed.

Hi there @Nick63, I can see your sync speeds are below estimates.

You should be getting between 25 and 36.9Mbps and you're actually syncing at 22Mbps. Although I'm afraid testing isn't revealing the cause.

If you've already tried connecting via the test socket, just give our troubleshooting a once over in case there's other things you haven't tried and if all else fails raise a fault here.

If you do so, let us know here on the forums and we'll progress things further. It's likely we'll need to book an engineer with you.
