Hi,
I have noticed a significant reduction in the broadband speed from 37 mb to 10 mb. I have checked the speed through Ookla and consistently getting only 10 mb. I have noticed the speed reduction this evening. Any issue on PN side ?

Hello,
login to the router, under broadband hit disconnect wait 30 seconds and click connect. Then run tests again, and report back here
Thanks

As suggested, I disconnected and connected back the router. However, there is no improvement in speed and the speedtest shows ~10 MB.

Are you testing via a wireless or ethernet cable connection to your router?
If it's wireless, and you are using a laptop or desktop PC of some kind, try connecting via cable and re-test.
