Dreadfully Slow

Dreadfully slow internet last night and this still morning, strangely speeds are on the better side of normal but I did get latency of over 1000 on one speed test and it's no better this morning.

Anyone else suffering?

Re: Dreadfully Slow

 Hello,

Can you login to the router, click disconnect and wait 30seconds and then click connect. See if speeds improve after this Cool smiley

Here you go http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/ Smiley

glad to see a gateway hop solved you issue, yeah the new network really needs a speed along although i can understand it's a big task to switch everyone over.

Re: Dreadfully Slow

I'm not sure on that I think Plusnet notify you when you have.

Re: Dreadfully Slow

Nope, we don't send notification as from a customer point of view it's (usually) a seamless change without any impact. There's a thread here talking about the new network: https://community.plus.net/t5/Plusnet-Feedback/Plusnet-New-Network/td-p/1300536

Re: Dreadfully Slow

I wonder what network I'm on then.... I don't really notice any slow downs and live on a big estate and connect at 79mb!

Can we even find out if we are on new network? I heard those with static IP's can't tell from traceroutes
