Dreadfully slow internet last night and this still morning, strangely speeds are on the better side of normal but I did get latency of over 1000 on one speed test and it's no better this morning.
Anyone else suffering?

Can you login to the router, click disconnect and wait 30seconds and then click connect. See if speeds improve after this

glad to see a gateway hop solved you issue, yeah the new network really needs a speed along although i can understand it's a big task to switch everyone over.

I'm not sure on that I think Plusnet notify you when you have.

Hmm strange that members have been posting with there Swtich over dates as stated by St3s post in the very thread Chris linked to how would he know if he wasn't notified

Can we even find out if we are on new network? I heard those with static IP's can't tell from traceroutes
