Draytek not syncing

Hi, I have a bit of an odd one here, I've grabbed my draytek 2850 from my former setup before I moved to plusnet and I'm trying to get it to work with my VDSL connection.

My problem is that it's not syncing; it seems to be training for around 2-3 minutes before giving up.

Says log doesn't show anything as the WAN has nothing to work with.

Whilst it's training, it does appear to have some statistics about the line which fits the 37Mb profile that has been set.

Any ideas why it's not syncing?

I have reset to factory and followed the instructions again, still doesn't seem to be syncing

Can you advise please if you are on a Huawei or ECI cabinet: How to look up your FTTC cabinet type

The 2850 is known not to work on Huawei cabs with G.INP, and appears now to be having problems on ECIs too - linky .

Funnily enough, I was looking at that last night - it's an Infineon/ECI cabinet.
