Draytek Vigor 2860n connection issues

Can somebody help please .... right I am not a direct to plusnet user I buy my Business Fibre through a 3rd Party and Plusnet Tech can't help as its a 3rd party router .....

I have done everything I can think off to get connected 'username'@pndsl.co.uk PASSWORD, WAN 1 Settings: Enable - Yes, Physical Mode - AUTO (selects VDSL2 as soon as I plug the router in), DSL Mode - AUTO, DSL Modem Cable - Default, Active Mode - ALWAYS ON, VLAN Tag Insertion, VDSL2 - Service - ENABLE, Tag Value 101, Priority 0 ....... Internet Access WAN1, Physical Mode - VSDL2, Access Mode - PPPoE / PPPoA

So can't work out where I am going wrong?

The domain name you have input, as shown above, appears to be incorrect; the support page below states this should be "username@plusdsl.net".

Yeah I tried that and my username is 100% @pndsl.co.uk I believe this is because I am not a direct Plusnet user

Re: Draytek Vigor 2860n connection issues

This thread https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/New-Draytek-2860-Advice-on-settings-appreciated/td-p/1... seems to imply there are separate VLAN tag settings for ADSL and VDSL. You need the VDSL one set to 101

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
