Drastic Decrease a few hours after Install

Hi,
I've got a ticket open about this but thought I'd ask here in case it's anything obvious!
I was switched to FTTC yesterday and got downloads speeds of about 76Mbs on btwholesale checker. A few hours later this dropped to 5Mbs and has been the same ever since. There's plenty of forum posts about rebooting the modem causing it to adjust due it registering as a possible fault (which could be it as I did do that a few times as I moved equipment about) but it seems like a bit of a drastic cut in speed. Should I be more patient and wait for it to return or could it be a fault?

Probably PlusNet accidentally reverted your profile to its ADSL value.  Try ringing or using online chat and they should fix it pretty quickly.  The ticket might take some time ...

Glad it's fixed, but an incidental comment.
Giving a link to where the Current line speed shows up in your Member Centre (inevitably) gives us the login page to check our own :).

I have a similar issue - just had FTTC installed, got 34 mbps at first but now it's dropped to a hard cap of 13.3 Mbps. The BT speedtester says my line profile is still 34 Mbps. Where on the Plusnet member centre do I find the page listing current line speed?

the icon has been removed to be able to see that, Plusnet think it's not worth seeing  Roll_eyes
