Dramatic Speed drop

Hi
SInce an hour ago my speed has always been around  D/L35-40mb U/L-18mb, its suddenly dropped to 0.98 mb and 1.25mb U/L. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is ? its so so slow...

Our testing hasn't found a issue although at the moment we can see you've uploaded a lot of traffic in the last 24 hours.
Have you run the tests over a wired connection with nothing running in the background?

It sorted itself out at around 10pm last night thankfully. unsure what it was but it gradually got better!
