If you were on the Fibre product your downstream synch would be limited to 40Mb. Yours is in excess of that therefore you must be on the Fibre Extra product.
Also your upstream synch would be limited to 2Mb on the Fibre product.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
