Downstream decreased

Hi,

Would you mind looking at my line and seeing if anything indicates a fault? I noticed that my line speed has started to decrease quite significantly.

 

Hub one

Downstream: 52.51 Mbps
Upstream: 20 Mbps

 

Speedtest

A couple of months ago my line had some problems (ref to https://community.plus.net/t5/Fibre-Broadband/Speed-Capped/m-p/1474818) that were quickly fixed, but now I have lost about 15mbps in downlink again, and this time this is already visible from the downstream in the hub (download speed is just a consequence).

Dear Plusnet support,

I just observed that my Hub One had a disconnection and reconnection 4 minutes ago.

I wonder if this happens frequently, I will try to monitor. But could this be the reason why my downstream is lower than it should be?

After the last disconnection it is now 57 Mbps
