Downstream Lowered Again

Hello, 6 months ago I reported a fault in which my downstream was lowered. Openreach came round and fixed the issue but in the last couple days I've noticed connection issues so I went into the router settings and noticed the downstream has been lowered once again.

It is probably worth running through the checks and logging this as a fault even given the time of year so that it is in the queue for action after the holidays.
