Download speeds have dropped back below 1 Mbps

When signed up was getting mid 20's mbps download speed. This dropped 6-13 mbps in the last few months and now I'm getting around 1mbps

Done the BT Wholesale Broadband Performance Test and this is the results

Download Speed (Mbps): 0.72

Upload Speed (Mbps): 0.47

Ping Latency (ms): 318.00

Thanks for getting in touch.

I've tested your line and it's syncing up at 23mb/s.

Could you please plug your router into the test socket of your premises (instructions below) and then run a speed test via a wired connection and let us know the outcome?
