Download speeds are awful

If someone from Plusnet can look into this as I'm bored of you blaming wiring or someone else. You claim to be a customer focused company that will bend over backwards for customers but you are really not.

I've had multiple engineers out and countless line tests and all come back negative and the only answer you give is to login and change your settings each time I want you use the internet.

I'm not the only one experiencing problems like this you are quite possibly the worst provider our there.
