Download speed reduced and upload speed almost non existant

My DSL connection has been up and down, like god knows what.  Sad
Currently getting 168 kbps upload speed and 16,496 kbps download, when it is connected.
Previously had 23Kbps (2.8MB/s) Download and around 3Mbps upload.

Anyone else having issues with fibre?

Fritz!Box's seem to be having issues, check out the other threads for more information regarding drops in upstream speeds.

Not updated the firmware for a while.
Yay its connected for the past hour, but still slower speeds.  Sad
