Download speed no where near the download sync speed

Hello

Over the past few days I've been watching my download sync speed increase to amounts I've never seen before which is a wonderful thing!

Download sync is currently at 39.21 but the most I can get out of the wholesale test is 30.47.

Should I be getting more download speed with the current download sync speed?

Could it be something do with  my fixed ip address?

I've just made some remote changes which should help.

Can you reboot the router and let us know how you get on?
