Download speed lower than expected

hi

Not sure if it's dropped due to bad weather, but i noticed my download is about 50 meg. I'm sure it was around 70 at one point.

I've attached two screenshots. Can anyone suggest what to try next? I see Plusnet don't have the ticket system they used to.

You can still raise a fault ticket at faults.plus.net

Probably worth making sure you’ve covered the usual checks first though https://community.plus.net/t5/Library/Testing-From-The-Master-Socket/ba-p/1322242

Hi Thrall. Thanks for your reply. I've just ordered the latest face plate so will swap that out and plug the router directly in to that and report back.

It may be cheaper and easier to try the test socket, that way it’ll rule out the faceplate and any internal wiring.
