Download speed into single figures ??

Pay for 38Mb Fibre, usually get around the 25-28Mb , but lately im well into single figures and usually less than 5Mb ??  .... Birmingham based if that helps ?

There don't seem to be many Plusnet people around today to help you. Are you testing the speed with a wired connection? If not you need to do so to be sure that this isn't a wifi problem.

If these are wired speeds, have a look at http://dslchecker.bt.com/ and see what sort of speeds you should be getting. If you are low I would then run through the checks at https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/ and report a fault at https://www.plus.net/apps/kbdfaults It takes a bit of your time but formally makes Plusnet aware of your problem, they have look at it, and gets the problem into the queue for action.

Sorry to hear that.

Our tests are showing your router in sync at 35mbps.

Are your devices connecting over WiFi or straight to the router using an ethernet cable?

If you're using WiFi, would you be able to try a wired connection? This will help narrow down where the problem lies. Nothing has changed at all my end and im now getting better speed etc ?

Glad to hear your speed has improved.
Due to the way WiFi works your speeds can fluctuate. Assuming you are using WiFi.
