Download speed dropped

I seem to have come home to < 1Mbps. I'm on a dodgy line anyway (BT say they're going to replace some of it, but I've no record of this or ETA), but usually at least 11Mbps is achievable.
Could someone see if there's anything they can do to improve it? I did try the fault checker but it told me to come back later...

BT speed tester:
Download speed (Mbps): 0.96
Upload speed (Mbps): 1.88
Ping Latency (ms): 61.75
Further diagnostics isn't working for me at the moment, I screwed up the first time and can't get it back. The IP profile down was about 12Mb though.
