Download speed dropped from 80+Mbps to 20Mbps

Hiya PlusNet,

I paid to move over to a static IP address last month because of the intermittent issues the dynamic IP range was having while playing games (namely, overwatch). Since then, speeds have dropped massively. Where we were once getting 80+ we're now down to 20. Our upload is roughly the same as it always has been (10-20).

Would you be able to take a peek and see what's happening?
