Download speed OK, upload speek non existent

Download speed at around 15mbps at a push (signed up to 38) - but upload speed not much higher than 0.4, if that. 

 

Troubleshooted the lot, tried different ports, currently in the master port, connections all good. 

 

Only a week into the service - still time to switch, right?

To clarify your 14 days cooling off period starts from the day after you signed up for our services rather than when your service went active.
