Download speed (30-35mbps) but Upload speed is 0 ??

We got changed over from PlusNet standard broadband to Fibre Broadband yesterday morning, the speeds for most of the day were around 30-35mbps download and around 9-10mbps upload and all seemed to be working well. At around 1830 last night the upload speed went to zero and has stayed like that ever since , the download speed is still fine (averages 30-35mbps) , I have followed all the online guides I can find and the fault is still present.

Any thoughts or suggestions anyone.

The fault now seems to have disappeared and all is well again !!! , very strange...

Thanks for getting in touch.

If you were connected to Fibre yesterday it's normal for speeds to fluctuate in the initial few days, as the connection is first tested rigorously to find the optimum signal strength for both downstream and upstream.If after this time you're still not seeing any good results, please do not hesitate to come back to us.
