Download below minimum speed and router disconnecting every day

Hi I have been with plusnet for nearly 2 years and I have never had a problem but in the last month the router is disconnecting and now I'm getting speeds ranging from 29mbps and 34mbps when I was always getting in the 70s,could someone take a look at this please because I am paying for fibre extra and barely getting standard fibre speeds
